- Foodecore Tylose Powder can be used with fondant to make a quick transition to gum paste.
- Foodecor Tylose Powder acts as a hardening agent. One of the most popular uses of Tylose Powder is to make modeling paste by mixing it with fondant.
- Add to water to make an edible glue. Add to fondant to make it more pliable and dry faster.
- Foodecor Tylose Powder can be used extensively in most cake decorating activities. An essential ingredient when making edible pastes like fondant and gumpaste at home.
- It provides the sugar paste properties that make the paste with binding and structure properties that make the paste last longer. It adds elasticity and decreases drying time for sugar paste models. Easier to make, hold up better in humidity and is whiter in colour.
