Shipping & Delivery:
- We utilize third-party services such as ShipRocket for shipping, which means our ability to make delivery changes or expedite orders once placed is limited. In case of urgent deliveries you can always call us and work it out prior placing your order.
- After your order is shipped, we send tracking details via email. Additionally, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp using the option available on our website for further assistance and details.
- In the event of delivery delays or issues, we promptly escalate the matter to our courier partner. However, as we have limited control over third-party services, we also advise customers to directly contact the respective courier company for local assistance with any issues. It's important to understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners due to their own logistical issues.
- If the delivery address is incomplete or no one is available to receive the delivery/ call, resulting in a delivery failure and the order being returned to the origin, we have limited control over the situation. Any charges incurred for return shipping will be deducted from the original order before issuing a refund.
Order Processing and Delivery Times:
- Normally, order processing requires 1-2 days. Delivery times may vary, ranging from 2-3 days to 4-6 days, depending on the options selected during checkout.
- Please note that orders placed after 12 noon on Saturday will be shipped on the following Tuesday due to our operational schedule. Kindly be aware that courier services are not available on Sundays, and our store remains closed for weekly off on Mondays.
Payment Options:
- Online: Our payment methods are highly secure, and we strongly recommend using UPI payment to avoid any potential additional fees. - Cash on Delivery (COD): We regret to inform you that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option at this time.
