Shipping & Delivery

We primarily use reliable third-party shipping services like Trackon, ShipRocket and other such courier partner services. This means that once an order is placed and shipped, our ability to make changes or expedite delivery is limited.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Typically, order processing takes one business day. Delivery times may vary:

• Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune: Hyper-local same-day processing & delivery (Protal, Swiggy etc.)
• Maharashtra: 2-3 days (depending on the location is urban or remote)
• All over India: 3-6 days (except North East, depending on the location is urban or remote)
• North-East: 4-8 days (depending on the location is urban or remote)
• Urgent Deliveries: Express Shipping option available during checkout with additional charges, If you require an urgent delivery, please call us to discuss options before placing your order.

Order Processing Cut-off Times

• Please note our daily order processing cut-off is 3:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
• For orders placed on Saturdays, please be aware that the cut-off time is 12:00 PM IST. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday, as courier services do not operate on Sundays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you tracking details via email. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp using the option available on our website for further assistance and updates.

Delivery Delays, Issues & Support

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time. If you experience any delivery delays or issues, we'll promptly escalate the matter with our courier partner.

While we'll provide prompt support to help resolve any delivery problems, please understand that we rely on third-party courier services. This means we have limited control over unforeseen circumstances like their logistical challenges, extreme weather conditions, or other unexpected events.

For the quickest resolution, we also recommend that you directly contact the courier company for local assistance with any issues.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incomplete address or the unavailability of someone to receive the order/call, and the order is returned to us, we have limited control over the situation. Any charges incurred for return shipping will be deducted from your original order amount before a refund is issued.

Payment Options

Online Payments

Our online payment methods are highly secure. We recommend using UPI payment to avoid any potential additional fees. For your convenience, we also offer other secure payment options like Credit Card and Debit Card during checkout. Please feel free to select the option that best suits your preferences.

No Cash on Delivery (No-COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (No-COD) as a payment option. However, you can shop with confidence! We operate physical store locations within Maharashtra.
