Return & Refund Policy
KV's FOODS operates as a marketplace catering to both B2C and B2B sectors, specializing in edible and food-related products. In adherence to stringent hygiene standards, we do not offer a try-and-return policy. Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding product returns:
- We meticulously inspect product quality and ensure working condition for electronics before dispatch, assuring undamaged products and working of electronic items after delivery.
- Returns for only damaged items (it may happen during transport) can be initiated within 24 hrs of Delivery.
- For damaged product returns, it is imperative to provide a video during the complete unboxing/ unpacking process, ensuring damaged items are clearly visible throughout.
- Upon submission of proof, we will contact you to help you with further process.
- Customers are expected to ensure proper packaging of the product to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product in as is condition, unopened, and in its original packaging as it is damaged.
- Certain products, labeled as "NON-RETURNABLE," are identified as such on the product page. Regardless of the reason for return, these products will not be accepted for return and must be purchased at the buyer's own risk.
- For hygiene purposes, returns are not accepted for edible products.
Please note that KV's FOODS reserves the right to determine whether a return request can be accepted.
The above policies are applicable to both retail and wholesale customers.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled at any time while they are in the "Awaiting Processing" status. Once an order has entered the processing phase, it cannot be canceled, and in that case a Credit note will be issued in form of coupon which customer can use for their next purchase.
